Sony's new headache, psJailbreak is out, and ready to be shipped out through the world. Sony set out an injunction, but i believe it wont follow through. if the chip is sent without the manager.pkg file, it'll all be legal, it'll be like jailbreaking an iphone, which was deemed legal. who knows what we can have on our ps3.
